Yes. Dedicated team retainers start at $8K/month for a part-time engineer and go up to $25K/month for a full cross-functional pod (engineer + designer + PM). Retainers get priority bandwidth.

50% upfront to start, 50% on delivery for projects under $20K. For larger projects we split into milestones (kickoff, mid-point, UAT, launch). All invoices are net-7. We accept bank transfer, Wise, and Stripe.

If we haven't started work yet, yes - full refund. If work has begun, you pay for the sprint that's already in progress and get the rest refunded. No questions asked.

Yes. We write clean, typed, documented code. Every repo ships with a README, CI/CD pipeline, and an architecture doc. We also offer a 30-day handover period where we train your team for free.

Optional. We can deploy to your AWS/Vercel/Cloudflare account, or you can host it yourself. We set up monitoring, logging, and automated backups before handover. DevOps retainers start at $2K/month.

Yes. We start with a 1-week code audit ($2K, deductable from project fee if you proceed). We then give you a refactor plan, a risk assessment, and a delivery timeline that respects what's already there.

You do. 100%. From day one. We transfer the GitHub repo, the design files (Figma), and the deployment pipelines to your accounts on launch day. No vendor lock-in, no licensing fees, no clauses.

Yes, before any sensitive information is shared. We also sign mutual NDAs if you prefer. All our team members are under individual confidentiality agreements that survive contract end.

We are GDPR-compliant by default. For Australian clients we comply with the Privacy Act 1988. We can also sign BAAs, DPAs, and SOC2 addenda if your industry requires it. Just ask.

Only with your written permission. By default, all client work is confidential. If you allow us to showcase, we anonymize sensitive data and only show design mockups, never backend code or analytics.
