01The Challenge
FinTech Pulse had a legacy dashboard built on PHP and jQuery. It took 30+ seconds to load common reports, crashed during market volatility, and couldn't scale past 100K daily transactions. The team was spending more time maintaining the dashboard than building new features.
02Our Solution
We rebuilt the entire platform on Next.js with a real-time WebSocket layer for live updates. The backend moved to a microservices architecture on Kubernetes, with ClickHouse for analytics queries and Redis for caching hot paths. The result: sub-second queries even on 2M+ daily events.
